Common Use
Brand Viagra was developed by the pharmaceutical company Pfizer. Its active component, Sildenafil Citrate, enhances the body’s natural response to sexual stimulation. It works by promoting the relaxation of smooth muscle tissue through the action of nitric oxide, a chemical released during sexual arousal. This relaxation increases blood flow to certain areas of the penis, resulting in an erection.

Dosage and Direction
